    The world is dominated by Mr. Koke, who forces everyone to work in his factories to make money, only to buy his products. Luckily for all living and unliving beings, there are a few corners of peace left and some who are willing to fight to preserve them. Mullet Man, Erwing the giant snail, and Top Hat join the forces of anger, calm, and whimsy to take down Mr. Koke and his minions and liberate the world.
