Stumbling Through Sampling explores the art of sampling in rap and hip hop. For those unfamiliar, stumbling is the act of taking parts from one or more songs, movies, or really any sonic element of anything and using them for the construction of another song. While it is mainly know from rap and hip hop, sampling is not limited to one genre. On the show, we will be playing interesting examples of sampling, including the original song/ sound and the song that samples it.
