Songs trigger a special memory or person or has a special story behind it. Our show centers on sharing the stories behind these songs. What happened and what do you think of when you listen to this song? The title comes from the song, “For Good,” from the musical, Wicked, which is duet between the two main characters about how they have been changed for the better because they have known each other. And there is one section of the song where it goes: So much of me Is made from what I learned from you You’ll be with me Like a handprint on my heart And now whatever way our stories end I know you have re-written mine By being my friend. So we want to share the memories and stories that have left handprints on our hearts through the songs we hear.
